We’re currently recruiting Food & Beverage Supervisors to join our team across Crown Sydney, including premium restaurants, VIP gaming floor venues and bespoke events. THE OPPORTUNITIES These are hands‑on leadership roles supporting front‑of‑house and event operations in fast‑paced, luxury environments. Depending on the venue, you may work across: High‑volume premium restaurants VIP gaming floor dining and bar environments (24/7 operations) Bespoke events including conferences, gala dinners, weddings and product launches You’ll lead by example, support daily operations, coach teams and ensure every guest and client receives an elevated, memorable experience. ABOUT YOU We’re keen to hear from hospitality professionals who bring: Previous supervisory experience in food & beverage environments and or events and banqueting. Confidence leading teams in premium or high‑energy environments A strong customer‑first mindset with a hands‑on leadership style Excellent organisational and time‑management skills High grooming and presentation standards aligned to a luxury brand Flexibility to work rotating rosters, including nights, weekends and public holidays Current NSW RSA Ability to obtain and maintain a Casino Special Employee Licence (for gaming roles) Language skills (e.g. Mandarin, Cantonese or Vietnamese) and bespoke events experience are advantageous for some opportunities.
